2 litres of hydration, always ready to go.
It's the same bladder that comes with the Sentia vest. Two litres, a soft reservoir that flattens against your back as you drink, and a hose that runs up to your shoulder so you can sip without slowing down.
Having a spare changes one simple thing: you never wait for it to dry before heading out again. One full in the fridge, one drying open, and tomorrow's run doesn't depend on anything.

Between 1.5 and 2.5 hours of running, depending on your pace and the weather. Enough for almost any run without a refill stop.
Rinse with warm water after every run and leave it open to dry, upside down or propped on a dish rack. The wide opening makes it a two-second job.
For a deep clean: warm water, a drop of dish soap, then rinse well. Avoid the dishwasher and boiling water.
No. The material is BPA-free and taste-neutral. Just rinse it with warm water before first use.
Built to be filled, drunk from and rinsed without a second thought.
The wide opening takes a jug, a bottle or ice cubes. Two litres in seconds, then seal it.
The hose sits at your shoulder and the valve flows at the first bite. No hands needed, no pace lost.
Warm water, bladder open on the dish rack. With a second bladder, tomorrow's run never has to wait.
What to know before you add it to your cart.
Our first testers, vest on, mid-run. Reviews translated from French.
I used to head out with a small bottle in my hand, and it got annoying fast on long runs. With the vest, my water is finally right on me and I can take a few sips whenever I need to without stopping. The free 2L bladder is really handy for long runs. And the big plus: once it’s adjusted properly, the vest doesn’t bounce with every stride. So much more comfortable.
I had a regular backpack and my main problem was that it moved constantly. Between the bouncing and the heat on my back, it was all I could think about. This vest is completely different. It stays in place and fits my body much better. The mesh feels nice and I can run with my water without feeling like I’m carrying an actual backpack.
What sold me was mostly the storage. I used to have my phone in one pocket, keys in another and gels pretty much anywhere. Now everything is right there on the vest. I can head out with my phone, keys, a few gels and 2L of water without stuffing my shorts pockets. For long runs, it’s so much more practical.
I regularly do fairly long runs, and my main worry was planning where to find water. With the 2L bladder, I head out with enough to be covered for the whole run. Being able to drink straight from the hose is also really handy: no need to slow down or pull out a bottle. It’s become second nature before every run.
After a certain distance, I used to start feeling my bag and everything in it. My back got hot and the contents moved with me. The vest is much nicer to wear: it stays snug, I can adjust the fit and my stuff is easy to reach. With the 2L bladder, I really feel like I have everything I need for a long run without being weighed down.
On one side, you're managing a bottle. On the other, you're running your race.

“Bladder + vest, flawless. I drink without stopping or using my hands, a real game changer.”
“The full vest + bladder kit: nothing moves, nothing leaks. Exactly what I was looking for on the trails.”
“Got the full setup, the bladder slides right into the vest. Zero bounce, even at full speed.”
“Vest + bladder: perfect combo. The valve has great flow and the vest doesn't rub anywhere.”
